📌 Report a Suspicious User

If a user is behaving suspiciously, attempting to scam you, or violating Exchstore’s terms, report them directly from their profile page or from the chat window. Our team will review their account within 24 hours.

• Open the user’s profile or message thread
• Tap the three-dot menu (…) and select “Report User”
• Choose the violation category and provide a description
• Attach screenshots or evidence if available
• Submit — you’ll get a confirmation and case number
