Too many failed attempts will lock your account briefly. Wait 15 minutes before trying again.

Check your spam folder. If it’s still not there, make sure you’re using the email registered with Exchstore.

Old session cookies can block new logins. Clearing your browser cookies usually fixes this instantly.
Resetting Your Password

Go to the login page
Click “Forgot Password?” directly below the password field.

Enter your registered email address
Use the exact email address tied to your Exchstore account.

Check your inbox (and spam)
A reset link will arrive within a few minutes. The link expires after 30 minutes, so use it right away.

Create a new password
Use at least 8 characters with a mix of letters and numbers. Don’t reuse old passwords.

Log in fresh
After resetting, open a new browser tab and log in with your new credentials.
💡If you registered using Google or Facebook, you don’t have a separate Exchstore password — click the corresponding social login button instead. If your social account password changed, that’s what needs updating.
