Why Verification Fails
- The document photo is blurry, too dark, or partially cut off
- The name on your document doesn’t match the name on your account
- The submitted document has expired
- The selfie or liveness check didn’t pass (poor lighting, face partially covered)
- The file size or format wasn’t accepted by the upload tool
- The verification email link expired before you clicked it
How to Complete Verification Successfully

Use a valid, unexpired government-issued ID
National ID cards, passports, and valid driving licences are accepted. The document must be current — expired IDs are rejected automatically.

Photograph in good lighting
Lay the document flat on a plain surface. Use natural light or a bright indoor lamp. Make sure all four corners of the ID are visible in the frame.

Match your account name to your ID name exactly
If your account shows a nickname or shortened name, update it in your profile settings to match your full legal name before submitting.

Re-submit with fresh photos
Don’t resubmit the same images if they were rejected. Retake them following the guidance above and submit a new verification request.

For email link issues — request a new link
Verification email links expire after 24 hours. If yours has expired, go to your account settings and trigger a new verification email.
