When Exchstore won’t open in your browser, it usually comes down to one of three things: your own internet connection, something stored in your browser that’s gone stale, or — rarely — a temporary issue on our end. The good news is that most of the time it’s something you can fix in under two minutes.
⚠️Before going through the steps below, quickly visit another website — like Google or YouTube. If those don’t load either, the problem is your internet connection, not Exchstore.
Things to Try, In Order
1
Refresh the page
Press Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac. This forces a full reload and skips any cached version of the page.
2
Clear your browser cache and cookies
Old cached data is the most common culprit. Go to your browser settings, find “Clear browsing data,” and clear cache and cookies for the last 7 days. Then try again.
3
Switch to a different browser
If you’re using Chrome, try Firefox or Edge (or vice versa). This quickly tells you whether the problem is browser-specific.
4
Disable extensions and VPN
Ad blockers, privacy extensions, and VPNs can interfere with how pages load. Temporarily disable them and reload.
5
Try a different network
Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or the reverse). If it loads on one and not the other, the issue is with that specific connection.
6
Check if Exchstore is down
Ask someone nearby to try loading the site, or check our status via the support page. If our servers are temporarily down, we’ll have everything back up as quickly as possible.
