Browser compatibility issue

Exchstore is designed to work on all major modern browsers, but older browsers or unsupported versions can cause features to behave unexpectedly — or not at all. Here’s what’s supported and how to make sure you’re set up correctly.

If Exchstore Looks or Behaves Strangely in Your Browser

1

Update your browser to the latest version

Go to your browser’s menu → Help → About. Most browsers update automatically, but it’s worth checking.

2

Enable JavaScript

Exchstore requires JavaScript to function. It’s on by default in all major browsers, but privacy settings can disable it. Check your browser settings if unsure.

3

Allow cookies from Exchstore

Some browsers are set to block third-party cookies entirely. You may need to add exchstore.com as a trusted site in your cookie preferences.

4

Disable aggressive tracking protection

Firefox Enhanced Tracking Protection and similar features can occasionally block parts of our site. Try switching to Standard protection mode temporarily.

5

Switch to Chrome or Firefox for the best experience

If you’re on an unusual browser and nothing else works, Chrome or Firefox will almost always give you a smooth experience on Exchstore.
